Refund Policy

At Innate Origins Wellness, your satisfaction and well-being are important to us. We understand that life happens and plans change. Please review our refund policy below before purchasing coaching services, programs, or digital products.

1. 1:1 Coaching Sessions & Packages
  • Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once services have begun.

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will carry a $50 fee.

  • Cancellations with 24 hours or less notice with carry $100 fee.

  • No-shows may result in forfeiting the session.

2. Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, Downloads)
  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, due to the nature of instant access.

  • If you experience a technical issue downloading your product, please contact us for support.

3. Group Programs, Workshops, & Events
  • Refunds for group programs or workshops may be requested up to 7 days before the start date, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • No refunds will be issued after the program begins, but you may request to transfer your spot to a future program or another participant if approved.

Please include your full name, the product or service purchased, and your reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Policy Updates

This refund policy may be updated at any time. All changes will be reflected on this page.
